The third part of the day at ISCAR showed the potential of NC SIMUL Monitor which allows to connect the machine and to go back up the activity of this one, i.e. the times during which the machine works, the times of stop and the information concerning the speeds of rotation, the advances, information on the axes.

This provides all the information necessary to establish indicators to determine the machine's OEE and availability rates.

This information can also be consolidated in relation to the ERP system, which sends us information on the OFs and the completion times of the planned programs, and thus enables us to produce these indicators such as the OEE.

This makes it possible to identify downtime, analyze it and decide on corrective actions to reduce it.

This is how we will gain in productivity.
